Here are a few tips to use the muse of music toward writing success.
- Learn to play a musical instrument. If you already play an instrument, learn how to play another one.
- Listen to another type of music that you’re not familiar with such as Big Band. I discovered that I liked the “Mills Brothers” when I was working at the library.
- Listen to binaural beats. If you’re not familiar with the term, binaural beats are a form of sound therapy that uses two slightly different pitches in each ear. The frequencies work with the five different brain waves to help promote relaxation, ease anxiety, improve concentration, boost your memory, enhance creativity, and reduce pain.
